It’s the ultimate short-term way to tame your hair to your will: adding volume, reducing the appearance of frizz, and making every strand sit just the way you want it.
At NOCO, we never just set your hair to straight on autopilot. You choose whether to leave the salon with curls, waves, or a straight, sleek look. A good blow dry can be customised for all hair types and styles: sculpting, smoothing, and boosting shine. The effect can also last for up to a week with the right care.
The NOCO Experience
You’ve probably had your hair blown out before, but maybe not quite the way we do it at NOCO. The experience starts the moment you walk through the salon doors. One of our team will welcome you and invite you to peruse one of our e-magazines with a hot drink of your choice. Once your stylist is ready, they’ll take you to the massage zone to wash your hair. We call it the massage zone for two reasons: we use state of the art massage chairs and every hair wash comes with a free shiatsu head massage.
While you relax, your stylist will treat you to the best possible products for your hair type. After drying your hair with a soft towel and adding heat protectant, it’s time for the blow dry itself.
Your stylist will comb out any tangles and split your hair into sections. They’ll talk to you about the effect you want to create and choose the perfect attachments and heat settings to bring it to reality. They’ll then use heat and a brush to sculpt each section of your hair. If you’re happy with what’s been created, they’ll add the final touches, then use cool air to set your look.
Blow-Dry Services Available
Cut & Blow-Dry
Both of our haircut services for shoulder-length hair and longer include a blow out (although the “Cut & Style” option for cropped hair does not). We’re a gender-neutral salon, so prices are always based on how long the service takes and any products used, rather than the gender of our clients.
The regular Cut & dry lasts about 45 minutes. If you have particularly long or thick hair, we suggest the Long/Thick service, which can extend your session by up to 30 minutes. This allows your hair time to dry and means our stylists can give your style the attention to detail it deserves.
Hair Colouring or Treatment & Blow-Dry
Our hair colouring and treatment services also each come with a blow out. After all, it’s our number one priority to make sure you feel at your most fabulous before you walk out of the salon.
In addition to this, we offer a blow dry as its own option on our price menu. If you have an occasion you want to look your best for, or if you just feel like treating yourself, we’d love to see you in the salon.
